(1) According to rule 7, after the person who has received the permit for the determination of fees and other duties submits the application, the commission will make necessary inquiries regarding whether the required documents, details or reports have been submitted along with the application.
(2) During the investigation according to sub-rule (1), if the licensee has not submitted any document, statement or report to be submitted with the application, the Commission shall set a reasonable deadline for the licensee to submit such document, statement or report from the date of registration of the application. Within 35 days the notification should be given.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), if the Commission has given notice of deadline for submission of any document, statement or report, the date on which such document is received shall be considered as the date of filing of the application.
